Job Summary

The Sales Associate/Sales Support role at Chico's FAS is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive for Results:
    • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers;
    • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards;
    • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns;
    • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift card sales;
    • Sign up clients for reward programs;
    • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing;
  • Customer Experience:
    • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience;
    • Know current product fit and style assortment offerings in-store and online;
    • Maintain consistent client communication through utilization of customer books;
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant;
    • Assist with locate fulfillment;
    • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed;
    • Boutique cleanliness and organization assistance;
  • Teamwork and Growth:
    • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving;
    • Seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback;
Qualifications
  • Retail or sales experience preferred;
  • Must be 16 years of age or older;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to communicate with customers, associates, and management;
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required;
