Mental Health Counseling Program Director

Job Summary:
The No Estás Solo (NES) Program Supervisor is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and supervision of the NES Counseling Program and NES Intern program. This program provides critical mental health services to clients enrolled in Any Baby Can's programs across 10 counties in Central Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of NES program staff and NES Team Leads.
- Oversee the day-to-day program operations, including program services, quality assurance, and staff support.
- Conduct weekly team meetings with NES Team Leads and Director of Family Health Services.
- Provide clinical supervision to NES therapist staff and interns on a regular basis.
- Ensure program staff comply with all program policies, procedures, grants, contracts, laws, and ethical regulations.
- Collaborate with the Billing & Revenue Department to ensure billing and revenue goals are met.
- Oversee the NES Intern program to ensure recruitment, retention, and sustainability of NES interns.
- Participate in weekly supervision and required program and agency meetings.
- Represent Any Baby Can at community meetings and task force groups to strengthen mental health services in the community.
- Contribute to the development of reports, grant writing, quality improvement initiatives, and other program development tasks.
- Establish and revise program procedures, manuals, forms, educational materials, and other program resources as needed.
- Provide case consultation and support to agency staff dealing with clients experiencing a mental health crisis.
- Provide counseling services for a small caseload of adults, children, adolescents, families, or groups as needed.
- Establish and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships to support agency programs.
- Participate in agency outreach events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required.
- Required licensure: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with supervisory status strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years post-clinical licensing experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising therapists.
- Experience in maternal mental health and perinatal mood disorders preferred.
- Knowledge, training, and experience in trauma-informed care and mental health evidence-based practices.
- Experience working with low-income families and culturally diverse families with complex needs.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive and supportive team environments.
Special Considerations:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel within the assigned 5-county regions.
- Ability to sit, stand, and kneel as necessary to fulfill daily duties.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
