Senior Custodian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Custodian to join our team at the City of Torrance, CA. As a Senior Custodian, you will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the work of custodial staff in the cleaning and maintenance of City buildings.

• Supervise and inspect the work of custodial staff in the cleaning and maintenance of City buildings.
• Ensure that all buildings are clean, orderly, and secure.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Train and evaluate custodial staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Two years of experience in custodial work maintaining buildings in clean, orderly, and secure condition.
• Ability to read, understand, and give directions for the use of cleaning materials and equipment in a safe manner.
• A valid Class C California Driver's License.
