About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Server who is passionate about delivering excellence in a dynamic work environment. This role reports to our Pool & Beach Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

Meet guest needs by providing in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, as well as details regarding preparation methods.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • At least three months of experience in a similar role with Four Seasons or other hospitality organizations.
  • Ability to carry and balance trays effectively.
  • Proficient in processing cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Capable of moving large towel bins and handling soiled linens.
  • Engage with guests while maintaining an organized workspace. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including guest recognition and remembering preferences.

  • Full-time position
  • The hospitality industry operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and scheduled shifts may vary based on operational needs.
