Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, in accordance with resident's care plan and within scope of practice
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Maryland LPN license
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
