We aim to support the international development community, multiple civilian agencies, and the nation's defense and intelligence communities through complex DevSecOps solutions, research and development for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), Data Analytics, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) development and sensor capabilities.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented Workforce Development Advisor to lead our workforce planning, employee development, and talent management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, organizational development, or business administration, with at least 5 years of experience in workforce development, talent management, or HR. They should be proficient in HRIS, LMS, and data analysis tools, and have strong analytical, advisory, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and recommend workforce strategies that address current and future talent needs, aligning with organizational and project-specific objectives.
- Talent Development Programs: Design and advise on employee development programs, including training, upskilling, mentorship, and career growth opportunities to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Retention and Engagement Initiatives: Propose and support retention strategies, such as recognition programs, career progression pathways, and internal mobility options to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
Payscale: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
