About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Pay Caregiver to join our team at Interim HealthCare-Ringling Group. As a Private Pay Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to seniors in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as medication reminders, documenting client condition, and notifying supervisors of any concerns.
  • Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways and assisting with ambulation.
  • Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare caregiver role, preferred.
  • Covid-19 vaccination card, not required.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation.
  • Compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to fulfill tasks outlined in clients' care plans.
