Responsibilities

Our in-house legal team is expanding, and we are seeking Insurance Defense attorneys with trial experience to enhance our service offerings.
About Our Office:
Our office is situated in a vibrant area, promoting a hybrid work model that allows employees to balance office and remote work effectively.
Your onboarding will equip you to manage cases independently, guiding them from initiation to resolution within an insurance defense framework.
Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong work ethic and the capability to handle all phases of a case, from initial response to trial, while delivering exceptional client service. Successful attorneys in our team are known for their outstanding communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency with technology.



Qualifications
  • Experience in Insurance Defense is preferred, ideally with first or second chair trial experience.
  • Active law license in Texas and good standing with the bar is required.
  • Must possess a law degree from an ABA-accredited institution with strong academic credentials.
  • Proficiency in technology and automation for managing lawsuits and courtroom presentations is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

New Graduate Qualifications: Recent law school graduates must be preparing for the Texas bar exam. Experience in mock trials or trial advocacy is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, and writing samples may be requested.
