Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites DuBois. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the audit shift, balancing revenue and expense transactions, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Revenue Balance: Balance revenue and expense transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the audit shift, handling check-ins, check-outs, and other guest-related tasks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers; computer experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
