Multicraft Trades Specialist

The Commercial Construction Craftsman plays a critical role in our team's success, requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Project Coordination
  • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Trade Skills
  • Perform various trade tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
  Requirements

For this role, we require:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on multiple trades.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical conditions.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
