Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Hold a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Have Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or complete the course within 30 days of hire
Physical Demands

This position requires:

  • Prolonged standing and walking
  • The ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

Unit Information

The 4C unit at Mercy serves the medical cardiac population by managing chronic and acute onset diseases. We coordinate management of patients needing cath lab, angio, dialysis, outpatient infusion/chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with multisystem management needs, including heart failure, respiratory distress, unmanageable dysrhythmias, pneumonia, sepsis, COPD, diabetes, and gastro-intestinal conditions.
