Job Description

\

The Sanitation Specialist will work under the direct supervision of the Property Manager to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all residents. Responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas\
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors\
  • Empty trash and recycling bins\
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces\
  • Occasionally utilize ladders to clean and dust walls, ceilings, and light fixtures\
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by following operational and safety procedures\
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs\
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines\
  • Perform other duties as assigned\
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed\
  • Lift up to 50 pounds at a time\
  • Prolonged periods standing\
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team\\-/ul\\

Requirements

To be successful as a Sanitation Specialist, you must have:

\
  • \
  • A high school diploma or equivalent\
  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred\
  • Strong multitasking abilities\
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities\
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks with regularity and efficiency\\-/ul\\

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $25,000 to $40,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k) options.
