Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator to lead our estimating activities, responsible for estimating costs, managing projects, and collaborating with our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs for plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems for commercial construction projects.
  • Manage estimating activities for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with our team, including engineers, estimators, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and other required documents to general contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Access, Bluebeam, Revit, EstMEP, or other standard industry estimating software.
  • Strong construction management knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and evaluate estimates.
  • Strong sense of duty to the company, with a commitment to integrity and quality.
