Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Aide to join our team at Athletico Physical Therapy in Alton, IL. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will assist our physical therapists and patient experience coordinators in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments, including applying and removing supportive devices
  • Assist physical therapists during treatments and provide routine care, such as hot/cold packs and modalities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to practice exercises and functional activities
  • Clean and maintain the treatment area and equipment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; intern or previous clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly document projects and manage production
  • Attention to detail and time management skills are essential
  • Patient/client satisfaction is a top priority, with a focus on providing care that exceeds expectations
