Job Summary:

The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate with the nursing staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing, and hold current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions
  • Create and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and evaluate the plan of care
  • Perform nursing tasks as appropriate and safe under supervision
  • Provide individualized education for patients and families
  • Adhere to standards of safety and infection control
  • Comply with all policies and procedures related to job duties
Qualifications:
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS Certification
