About the Role:

As an Ecommerce Specialist at Turn Up Talent, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing strategies that drive online transactions and sales. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute plans that make online commerce possible, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Ecommerce Strategies: Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Order Management: Work with customers to place orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Pull and analyze data from e-commerce sites to inform business decisions and optimize online sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, graphics, and sales, to provide updated content and ensure consistency across e-commerce platforms.
  • Order and Data Entry: Manage order data entry and ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor changes in product sales using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized and informed.
  • Attention to Detail and Multitasking: Demonstrate ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Ecommerce Experience: Hands-on experience in maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
  • Business Acumen: Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business environment.
  • Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies to drive digital sales and website conversions.
  • Web Design and Detail-Oriented: Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and Multitasking Skills: Analytical and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
