Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Carle Methodist Home Health. As a member of our therapy team, you will provide thorough therapy evaluations, develop detailed plans of care, and supervise Assistants and consult with referral sources and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform client-centered evaluations and establish an Occupational Therapy treatment plan.
  • Provide evidenced-based Occupational Therapy treatment.
  • Case management functions: evaluate effectiveness, revise the plan, and discharge from services.
Requirements
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of Illinois under the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
  • Member or eligible for membership in the AOTA preferred.
  • General knowledge and skill enabling the evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of clients/patients such as neonates, pediatrics, young adults, adults and/or geriatrics.
  • Current certification in CPR and other service line specific competencies.
