Our search for a skilled General Manager is centered around finding someone who can effectively lead our team at Montage Laguna Beach. This prominent coastal resort demands a seasoned professional capable of driving property knowledge, execution, and compliance with all hotel brand standards. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in leading a talented team toward incredible levels of success.
Main Responsibilities- Chief leader responsible for all aspects of the operation, including associate and guest engagement, human resources, financial performance, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and asset management.
- Cultivate engaging relationships and rapport with ownership, residents, community leaders, and the corporate leadership team.
- Design, manage, critique, and dominate the property's annual budget, forecast, and actuals by continuously exploring the hotel's performance and engaging associates in the overall success of the property.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- At minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive level position in a 5 star and 5 diamond operation.
- Experience in directly overseeing luxury residential real estate and managing HOAs.
- Experience in managing residential HOA.
- Experience in directly overseeing high performing and multiple F&B operations.
