Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve efficient patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proficient, compassionate nursing care for patients and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Director and members of the Patient Care Team to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
  • Work with the patient toward efficient and effective personnel and unit management.
  • Responsible for triage for all patients speaking publicly to the health center through urgent care.
  • As a member of the Primary Care/Behavioral health integration team, responsible for implementing the psycho-social assessment tools.
  • As a member of the coordinated model team, will be responsible for linking the patient to other members of the team and ensuring that the patient has received all the vital care consistent with the urgency of the presentation.
  • As a member of the team, they are responsible for maintaining a tracking tool to assess the prevalence of presentations by the individual patient and the population as a whole.
  • As a member of the team, will participate in the evaluation of the program's efficiency and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 3 years experience preferred in ER/ community health center urgent care/ or medical surgical unit as a charge nurse.
  • Experience with pediatric and underserved populations preferred.
  • CPR Certification required.
