Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule visits, providing 1:1 nursing services to patients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide clinical supervision to our caregivers, ensuring they follow care plans and inspire excellent care.
Requirements:
  • A valid MN Registered Nurse license is required.
  • Interest in visiting patients in their homes in the Cloquet area.
Benefits:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience).
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, 401K, mileage, flexible schedules, vision, and year-end bonus.
