The Kearsarge Regional School District is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our district-wide team. As a RBT, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral support to students with special needs, promoting positive behavior, and reducing challenging behaviors.
About the Role
- Work in various settings, including classrooms, schools, and community-based programs
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and other professionals
