Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dry Finishing Crew member to join our team at Unistress Corp. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our precast concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow production drawings to layout areas for work
  • Measure and mark dimensions to ensure accurate placement of materials
  • Grind, scrape, or sand surfaces using abrasive tools or machines
  • Smooth or finish freshly poured concrete using finishing tools
  • Operate equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Patch and resurface finished concrete
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
  • 1-3 years of carpentry, mechanical, manufacturing, production, or laborer-related experience preferred
  • Carpentry skills, including knowledge of basic measurements and ability to use a tape measure
  • Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Good communication skills and ability to read and understand documents
