Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the hotel's breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Breakfast Service: Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring quality control and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all departments regarding in-house VIPs and special requests.
  • Teamwork: Support all areas of the beverage and food service as needed, including washing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Adaptability: Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to be of service to others.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Availability: Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Age and Certification: Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and satisfactorily pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS, as required by the property.
  • Food Handlers Card: Must be able to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card as required by the city/county/state.
