About the Role

This is a PRN/As-Needed position where you will work under the direction of the RN or LPN to assist in the individualized care of patients and help them achieve their highest level of wellness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Patient Care Associate (PCA) Responsibilities:">">
  • Document patient vital signs into the electronic medical records system.">
  • Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and toileting, to ensure patients receive the best possible care.">
  • Provide support with patient transportation and mobility.">
  • Complete clerical tasks as assigned by management.">
  • Patient Care Technician (PCT) Responsibilities:">">
  • Perform all PCA job duties.">
    • ">
    • With experience and training, you can move up to the PCT role and take on additional responsibilities.">
    • You will work closely with our nursing team to provide top-notch care to our patients.">
    • You will participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.">

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required.">
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.">
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
