Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Life Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing warm and professional customer service to our clients, including onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, processing claims, and resolving billing and insurance policy issues.
  • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process and oversee existing insurance claims.
  • Identify new client insurance needs and develop personalized solutions to meet their goals and financial situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
  • Develop a prospective customer base and promote our insurance products through referrals, networking, and other marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens.
  • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred.
  • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
