About the Role

Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the community, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the community, ensuring alignment with Vista Prairie Communities' values and mission.
  • Staff Development and Training: Foster a culture of excellence by providing ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Resident Care and Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
  • Marketing and Community Relations: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and build strong relationships with the local community.
  • Financial Management: Manage the community's budget and financial resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum two-year degree in business, geriatrics, health care, human services, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive management experience, including at least two years of management in the senior living industry.
  • Licensure: Current license as an Assisted Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota required.
