Job Title: Clerical Specialist

Job Summary:
The Clerical Specialist will support the front-line staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of services. This role involves performing routine clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones, triage calls, and gather pertinent information to log data elements.
  • Perform typing, organizing, filing, copying, and faxing tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain organized office filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Assist with preparing and disseminating important documents, such as schedules and reports.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or office experience required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
