FBA Assembler

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FBA Assembler to join our production team at Regal Rexnord Corp. As an FBA Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

• Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble and adjust various types and styles of Guardian Couplings products, ensuring that all parts meet the required quality standards.
• Testing and Inspection: Test completed parts, inspect parts for quality, and prepare parts for shipping, adhering to strict quality control procedures.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to Regal Rexnord Corp's policies, 6s procedures, and core values.
• Work Order Management: Review work orders and follow all blueprint instructions for assembly, written or oral.
• Defect Notification: Visually check all parts for defects, notifying appropriate supervision of anomalous parts.
• Packing and Shipping: Pack finished assemblies in preparation for production orders to appropriate storage or shipment area.
• Documentation: Sign off on completed work orders and record scrap count when the work order is completed.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in assembly preferred.
• Skills: Accurately read and comprehend material such as blueprints and work instructions, knowledge of and ability to use air tools, power tools, and hand tools, good manual dexterity, ability to carry out tasks that require a sequence of steps usually performed in a particular order, able to effectively communicate and work in a team environment, detail-oriented with time management skills, ability to document and record basic information, knowledge of and ability to solve problems that have standard solutions, basic problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements: A 46+ hour work week (Monday through Friday), overtime may be required as needed to meet production demands, including working Saturdays, prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and stretching, must be able to regularly lift up to 35 pounds at a time, including up to 50 pounds with assistance.
