Our 9,000 sqft location in Kermit, Texas, serves as a hub for our procurement services and specialty supply chain solutions. We cater to clients in the Permian Basin, providing a range of products including fittings, gaskets, flanges, nipples, valves, hoses, sensors, and general supply items. As our business expands, we're building out our operational capacity to meet growing demands.

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Procurement/Project Manager to oversee procurement and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background, with a knack for problem-solving and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating efficient logistics, and building strong relationships with procurement partners in the Permian Basin.

Responsibilities
  • Track inventory and restocking patterns for a suite of clients
  • Schedule lead times and designate contingency plans to ensure on-time restocking and delivery
  • Coordinate efficient logistics for pickup and delivery
  • Source, price, and fulfill procurement orders
  • Stay up-to-date on Texas materials markets and implement innovative solutions to improve industry standards
  • Develop price sheets and bids for various customer types
  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement partners, including pickup and delivery coordination
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional service to customers while collaborating with corporate managers to drive business growth
Qualifications
  • Proven operations background with a focus on high-level problem-solving and multitasking
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to drive results and overcome challenges
  • Procurement experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Permian Basin, is a plus but not required
