Program Overview
The Lighthouse Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a housing first, low barrier program providing comprehensive services and housing across 2 sites in West Los Angeles. The program provides housing to 15 transitional age youth (TAY; ages 18-24) experiencing housing instability. The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day workflow and productivity of the program, ensuring the sites and programming meet outcomes, are in compliance, and maintain quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create policies, procedures, and any necessary program documents needed in alignment with the contract and scope of required services.
  • Provide high-quality trauma-informed consultation and guidance to direct line staff.
  • Implement programs tailored to the needs of the site and residents.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance in accordance with partnership agreements, contracts, and other requirements.
  • Manage program budget(s) and adhere to financial guidelines and funding requirements.
  • Ensure program outcomes are being achieved in accordance with program timelines and funder requirements.
