CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled NICU Nurse to join our team. As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill or unstable newborns and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in NICU care.
- One year of experience as an RN in a NICU setting.
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- BLS with skills demonstration.
- NRP and STBL in 6 months.
- Two or more years of RN NICU Level III experience.
- Bachelors in Nursing.
