About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab America LLC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of patients with swallowing or speech-language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' levels of function in areas including speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Participate in patient care conferences and family conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in geriatric care
