Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • 5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician.
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous experience as a lead or supervisor.
  • Preferred experience within the food industry.
  • Strong Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge
  • Expertise in electrical, mechanical, machine elements, pipe fitting, instrumentation, hydraulics/pneumatics, PLCs, and shop safety.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • Knowledge and experience with GMP and safety regulations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Office Suite and internet).
  • Must Complete and Pass a Skills Assessment
  • Must Pass a Physical and Functional Job Screen
