Merchandise Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a Merchandise Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
• Meet sales goals by promoting products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and providing recommendations to customers.
• Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
