We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse - RN to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Physicians and Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Coordinate Resident Care: Direct and coordinate the delivery of care to ensure continuity and consistency in our residents' care plans.
- Document Resident Information: Accurately document all pertinent information regarding resident care, including observations, treatments, and outcomes.
- Lead by Example: Utilize the nursing process to ensure overall resident care, and serve as a role model for other team members.
Requirements:
- RN License: Current and active RN license is required.
