Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in event coordination, hospitality management, gerontology, or comparable experience
  • Experience in event organization across various sectors
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Preferred minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule
  • Capability to foster a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for residents
Key Duties:Joy
  • Encourage enthusiasm for upcoming activities
  • Establish a dynamic environment within the community
Discovery
  • Develop and implement a monthly schedule aligned with core values
  • Collaborate with sales for prospective resident experiences
  • Ensure a high standard of safety in all planned activities
  • Oversee the departmental budget
Interaction
  • Facilitate enjoyable daily experiences for residents
  • Design activities based on resident feedback and team contributions
  • Lead and mentor the Resident Engagement team
Activity
  • Effectively manage multiple projects
  • Gather feedback for ongoing enhancement
  • Maintain welcoming and secure community areas
  • Timely submission of monthly reports
