Residential Re-entry Specialist

Dismas Charities provides quality, cost-effective, community-based residential and non-residential supervision and treatment services. As a Residential Re-entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to heal and become productive, responsible citizens.

This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $20.77 and a $250 sign-on bonus. We also offer dental and vision benefits for all part-time and relief employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents' custody, security, control, and maintenance of the facility and residents.
• Assist with managing program services, including resident programming and surveillance testing.
• Conduct and document scheduled internal and external inspections of the premises to maintain residents' health, safety, and accountability.
• Maintain working knowledge and follow all procedures and policies outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals.

Requirements:

• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies.
• Have one year of paid work experience.

Work Schedule: This is a Relief Position with a variable schedule of 16-25 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday shifts.
