Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Travel Position

CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing position in Henderson, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. As a travel nurse with CrossMed, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
