Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to assess and recommend suitable medication prescriptions, manage patient records, and ensure that necessary laboratory evaluations are requested and analyzed.
Key Responsibilities:
This position also entails the execution of protocols for the secure handling and disposal of pharmaceuticals, maintaining essential documentation, and providing support to colleagues with medication-related tasks.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in pharmacy (Pharm D is preferred), a minimum of one year of experience in long-term care, and the requisite licenses and certifications. Candidates should be meticulous, results-driven, and collaborative, with strong verbal communication abilities.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $56.00 to $58.00 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
