Duties:

  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to individuals transitioning back to society, focusing on their faith and spiritual practices.
  • Develop and implement a monthly billing system that accurately reflects the services provided, including the number of hours and sessions.
  • Emphasize the importance of building relationships and community, and provide tools to help individuals manage their emotions and grow in maturity.
  • Create a spiritual formation curriculum to support emotional health and physical wellness, and encourage participants to deepen their understanding of social values and integrity.
  • Teach and share faith with diverse traditions, and measure the effectiveness of lesson plans using statistical models.

Education & Qualifications:

  • The applicant shall have at least three years' experience working in a religious environment, preferably a multi-faith environment.
  • three years' experience an earned Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree that directly relates to religious leadership.
  • Five years' experience and an earned Bachelor's Degree that directly relates to religious leadership.
  • seven years' experience and an Associate Degree that directly relates to religious leadership.
