Job DescriptionCandidates with a passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation are encouraged to apply for the MEP Coordinator position at CMC Design Build. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within cold storage facilities, food processing plants, and beverage production facilities.

You will collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop comprehensive MEP plans and specifications. Additionally, you will conduct thorough reviews of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist in the procurement process by providing technical expertise in selecting MEP equipment, materials, and systems.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
