Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional online customer experiences that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the design of our online customer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to conceive, prototype, test, and iterate on online product experiences.
  • Participate in and contribute to Product development discussions, providing expert design guidance and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain visual and interactive Pattern Libraries, ensuring consistency and quality across our digital products.
  • Self-direct and manage projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of web product design experience, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise.
  • Demonstrable mastery of UI design, with a good grasp of UX/IA design principles.
  • Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and proficiency in responsive web-focused product design.
  • Excellent design workflow tool skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Zeplin.
  • Prototyping skills, with experience using tools like Marvelapp and InVision.
  • Experience working with design leadership, product managers, and engineers to drive design decisions and outcomes.
