Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling an on-call schedule to support collaborative donation processes (CDP) in hospitals.
  • Providing education and guidance to family members of trauma patients about organ and tissue donation.
  • Conducting donation discussions by phone as needed.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. They will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and relevant experience in hospice care, bereavement counseling, or crisis intervention.
