- National for Allied Professionals Tech Cert Verification may be required.
- State License 1 Verification is required.
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) is mandatory.
- IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other) may be required.
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) certification may be necessary.
- NIH Stroke Certification may be required.
- Miscellaneous certifications may be required.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification may be necessary.
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam may be required.
- Color Blind Testing Online may be necessary.
- Competency Exams may be required.
This position does not require floating between units, and on-call duties are not expected. Weekend shifts are required, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Block scheduling is not a requirement.
Special RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:
- House Supervisor Experience
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Weekend availability is essential, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Block schedules are not necessary.
Facility DetailsThis role is within a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center with a total of 104 staffed beds. Scrub colors are flexible across all units, and charting is conducted using Epic. There is no parking fee for staff.
