  • Plan for discharge and communicate findings and progress according to professional licensure/certification, scope of practice, and departmental/discipline policies and procedures
  • Document interventions/care in the patient's medical record
  • Evaluate effectiveness of plan of care while reassessing patient's functional abilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum: Entry level
  • Licensure, Registration, Certification: BLS Certification within 14 days of hire
  • Special Skills: Basic skills such as keyboarding, using a mouse, and navigating sites
