Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Setup Technician / Machinist to join our team at Elgen Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and ensuring the proper operation of the Kiefel KMD-90 machine to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and uninstall molds and tools according to the job order.
  • Adjust stations according to the job (forming, punching, and stacking station).
  • Ensure the material placed matches the job specifications.
  • Correctly load material rolls onto the machine.
  • Clean key areas of the machine and check components.
  • Follow all safety rules and keep the work area organized.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience with thermoforming machines.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics.
  • Ability to read job orders.
  • Ability to follow directions.
