Your Responsibilities:

The Field Services Manager will play a pivotal role in the effective deployment of Field Employees through thorough training, onboarding, and ongoing support for their development.

Key Duties Include:

  • Conducting interviews and hiring Field Superintendents.
  • Managing a team of approximately 50 Field personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies among Field Team members.
  • Enforcing guidelines outlined in the Field Services Handbook.
  • Facilitating coaching, support, and disciplinary measures for the Field Team.
  • Providing performance reviews and constructive feedback for team members.
  • Assisting Field Team with technology use, including troubleshooting and compliance.
  • Monitoring safety practices to meet industry standards and Powerhouse requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between Field Team members and Project Teams.
  • Occasionally traveling to verify Field Team compliance.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
