At OptumCare, we're revolutionizing the way healthcare is delivered. As a Primary Care Physician, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in a variety of settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient goals and predict their most likely course
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Develop and implement palliative care strategies to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment
- EMR proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed Care experience
- 1+ years' experience post-training
- Experience or training with complex geriatric patients or palliative care
- Demonstrated skill working in a multi-disciplinary team
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $256,997 to $364,843 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
