As an All-Source Analyst, you will delve into diverse data streams, formulate effective queries, and integrate information from various origins to provide comprehensive insights for your clients. You will assess the validity of information and apply relevant methodologies to develop assessments for senior decision-makers. This role offers an opportunity to expand your knowledge, acquire new skills, and share your analytical techniques with fellow analysts. We emphasize teamwork and collective growth to deliver optimal support to our clients, ensuring you have access to mentoring and resources for skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including the use of analytical tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and synthesize findings.
- Capability to produce high-quality deliverables tailored for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including detailed written reports and formal or informal presentations.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; readiness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of analytical experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of analytical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in authoring current Department of Defense product lines and applying ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
- Familiarity with defense critical infrastructure.
- Experience in data analytics and visualization techniques.
- Understanding of the intelligence cycle.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Environment:
Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If the position is onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
