Job Summary

This travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona is a 13-week contract with a 12-hour shift schedule. As a registered nurse specializing in telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and educating patients and their families about various health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and analyzing patient health status to develop individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Educating patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic health conditions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license and active certification in telemetry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
